Are you looking for easy meditation techniques? What makes a meditation hard? I can tell you that, as I have meditated for many years and have tried various techniques myself. For practical purposes there are basically just two types of meditation. The ones where concentration is required and meditations where you need no concentration at all. If concentration of some sort is required, then you will have a hard time because it is simply impossible to uphold concentration for a prolonged period of time. So you fight all the time a battle between losing your concentration and regaining it again. The object to concentrate upon can vary. It can be a flower, a word, a picture, parts of your body or your breathing. Mastering meditation is difficult if you choose a meditation based on concentration. In short: If you like to meditate easily, then don't choose a method of meditation that requires to concentrate on something or a method that requires you to sit in a special uncomfortable way! You are not a buddhist monk!

I recommend the following easy Mantra Meditation!This method has been tested by german scientists and I have tested it for years myself. It is easy to do, especially for beginners in meditation. This meditation technigue is proven to be effective and requires no concentration at all. You are going to use a mantra instead. A mantra is a two-syllable word that should have no meaning. If it has a meaning then your mind will cling to it. So you can't use "house-hold" or "Coca-Cola" because these words have a meaning. Use this MantraGerman Scientists have tested a mantra called: "shi-romm". They gave this mantra to a group of people with excellent results. They proved that it was not necessary to pay hundreds of dollars to Transcendental Meditation (TM) to obtain a personal mantra selected by an elaborate secret method. Don't get fooled ... Proven fact is, that you can take any meaningless two-syllable word that you find acceptable. It shouldn't have to many iii's in it, as this can make you aggressive as somebody told me. Simple logic, or not? Just imagine a word like "siiiiiiiiii-riiiiii". I wouldn't use that as the sound is too high. This is simple common sense. A mantra is not only a word but a sound in your mind and it is a thought. Rules for your MeditationThere is nothing mysterious about this meditation. It has nothing to do with Religion. It is simply a proven technique that works! It's the way how the mind works.First of all you meditate twice a day only for twenty minutes each time.
You meditate in the morning for twenty minutes and in the evening for twenty minutes. No longer ... stick to the rules!
Sit down comfortably on a chair or anywhere else where your back is supported. If your back is not supported you need concentration to keep your back straight. Got it? I prefer to sit on my bed and lean my back against the wall. Put the pillow behind your back and lean on the wall.
You can sit in any position that is comfortable for you as long as your back is straight. Why? If you would lay down and meditate then you would simply fall asleep with this method. We don't intend to misuse this meditation for a sleeping pill so sit down and keep your back straight and support it by leaning against a wall or something.
Stay away from your phone, handy, noise, animals and kids. Go into a room and lock it up so that nothing can disturb you! If you don't follow this rule you will regret it soon. Just imagine you are in deep meditation and a cat jumps on your knees. You get an unpleasant shock! If someone knocks or rings at your door you will NOT jump up in a hurry as you need three minutes to get out of the meditation slowly and come back into the real world! Make sure that you will not get disturbed!
How to Meditate?1. Sit down comfortably and put a watch beside you or in front of you so that you can easily read the time when you open your eyes slightly, while being in meditation. You need to make sure that you don't meditate longer than 20 minutes. You check the time by opening your eyes a bit to look at the watch when you feel that 20 minutes are over! 2. When 20 minutes are over or more, take three minutes to get out of the meditation. Move your hands a bit and start breathing regularly. Then you get up slowly. How it works mentally?When you sit straight and have placed your watch near you and are ready to begin: Close your eyes and think the mantra: shi-romm
shi is pronounced like the english word she and the ro in romm is pronounced like the ro in robber.
Don't write the mantra down and don't give it any meaning...Just think it over an over, without any strain or stress. Just think it and think it and think it...
Get this! The Mantra can change its speed, strength and length! Let it do what it wants! Don't force it your way!
You will find that it disappears after some time, so what! Keep thinking it until it disappears!
You will find that it might go faster and faster after some time. So what! Let it go faster..who cares!
You will find that it goes slower. Let it go slow! Let it do what it wants!
Your Mantra can change its shape and length. It can go like shiiiiiii-rrrrroooooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmm Don't worry! Let the Mantra do what it likes!
When the Mantra fades away and you realize this, then just think it again and again! Then it will reappear in its full strength and normal speed. After some minutes or seconds it may change again and becomes more subtle and fades away eventually again. This is a normal process.
Understand this!The Mantra is a thought like all other thoughts you may have. As soon as you start to meditate you will get bothered by countless thoughts coming up in your mind. The trick of this meditation technique is, that the Mantra will enable you to escape all your own thoughts until only the Mantra is left in your mind. After this the Mantra will fade away as well. In other words you have selected and created a meaningless thought, the Mantra, and you use it to get away from your own disturbing thought patterns to reach a peaceful state of mind. If you do this, your mind is focussed lightly (no stress please) on the Mantra, repeating it over and over, and all other thoughts will disappear AND the Mantra will disappear as well after some time. It is a thought, remember? So it will also disappear the same way as any other thoughts. When this happens you reach a deep level where there is NOTHING. But this pleasant experience lasts only a few seconds then disturbing thoughts will creep up on you again. The very moment when you realize any thoughts coming, you think the Mantra immediately again and again until you escape again your thoughts. The Mantra fades away again and you reach deeper levels again....and it goes on and on like this. If you meditate regularly you will reap the benefits. I am not telling you what they are.
